All goods are sold in compliance with UK law.
Customers details will be kept private at all times and will never be passed on to 3rd parties without permission in accordance with the 'Data Protection Act'.
All goods must be paid for in full on placing an order. This is because each radiator has to be assembled and sprayed to meet the customer’s specific requirements. We cannot issue refunds once an order has been assembled due to the nature of the products we supply.
Please ensure that your order is correct before making payment.
All radiators have to be constructed to specific customer requirements which takes approx. 2 - 3 weeks. During busy periods or depending on the size of the order, radiator construction times may take longer.
All prices include VAT. Delivery on radiators under £300 is a flat rate of £50 per order. All other products and for orders over £300, delivery is FREE to UK mainland.
Although we endeavour to be as accurate as possible, sizes may vary slightly to those shown on our website due to the nature of cast iron products. Please ensure that the radiators are sited BEFORE installing the pipe work for fitting.
We cannot supply radiators to meet specific dimensions.
Due to the weight of cast iron, please ensure that the location of the radiator to be fitted is capable of supporting the weight. Please remember to take into account that the radiators will be filled with water once connected to your plumbing.
We strongly recommend that radiators do not exceed lengths of 20 sections due to haulage and handling considerations.
All radiators are supplied painted/polished to the choice of the customers requirements. The colour codes listed on our website are British Standard colour codes, other named colours are labelled at our discretion. It is extremely difficult to portray colours accurately online and in brochures to the finished product. We therefore offer no guarantee that the colour of the finished product will be identical to the colours advertised.
We can supply the radiators in a primer coat only which reduces the delivery time and enables the customer to paint the radiators as desired. Please refer to individual products for discounts available.
Radiators can be supplied in a full/half polish finish, however, as the radiators are not lacquered, they can attract moisture when cooling down, especially under windows, which will cause rust spots. We strongly advise against using polished radiators in areas of high humidity such as bathrooms and kitchens. Polished radiators must never be used to dry washing or towels.
