Returns Policy
Non faulty goods can be returned within 7 days provided they are returned in a merchantable condition. Returned goods will be subject to a 20% restocking charge and any shipping costs incurred subject to the discretion of Pendragon. This does not include radiators that have been made to specific requirements for which any cancellations or returns will be charged in full.
All radiators are tested to British standards and carry a 10 year manufacturers warranty against defects. Pendragon will replace any faulty goods, deemed to be due to manufacture, free of charge provided that the appliance has been fitted and operated correctly.
Pendragon will not be held responsible for any loss caused directly or indirectly by any defects of the goods.
All radiators leave the factory in full working order and pressure tested to 8 bar. Pendragon will not be held responsible for any damages that may occur from the point that the radiators are delivered to the point of installation. Radiators must be checked for damages on delivery. Once signed for on delivery, Pendragon will not be held responsible for damaged goods.
