Delivery
We will contact the customer upon completion to arrange a delivery day to suit. The radiators are delivered via a 3rd party carrier. We will not be held responsible for any delays beyond our control.
We will of course try to meet any requests for specific delivery dates to suit.
The third party carrier will deliver the items on a pallet/pallets to the customers delivery address.
The pallet/pallets are unloaded using a pallet truck from tail lift vehicle. The carrier will NOT remove items from the pallet/pallets, this is the responsibility of the customer.
If the carrier cannot deliver the goods onto the customers property due to restricted access, gravelled drives, steep sloping drives, etc, the carrier will deliver the goods as close as possible to the property.
We strongly advise the customer to have able bodied persons available to handle the radiators.
The customer will be responsible for the goods once signed for. Re-delivery will be charged at the discretion of Pendragon.
It may not always be possible for the customer to check the goods on delivery, therefore we allow 2 working days for the goods to be checked for transit damages. We will not be held liable for any damage reported to us after this period.
Delivery on radiators under £300 is a flat rate of £50 per order. All other products and for orders over £300, delivery is FREE to UK mainland.
